Continental Express is a well-established transportation and logistics company that has an immediate opening for a full time Executive Assistant at its corporate office in Sidney. The chosen candidate will provide a variety of executive administrative functions to support the organization in a professional and timely manner, which includes but is not limited to the following:
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports
- Occasionally performing accounting and billing duties
- Schedule and manage travel and transportation
- Event planning and execution
- Processing company mail
- Ability to manage projects from beginning to end, with minimal supervision
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prefer candidate with post secondary degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years executive administrative experience preferred
- Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to requests
- Polished and professional
- Able to manage and balance multiple tasks and priorities
- Dependability and consistently at work on time
